I've added an Earnings Call Notes feature which is only on the website. This feature has my notes injected throughout the earnings call transcripts, so you get a feel for my own views on the comments, and my own expectations vs the guidance, etc.
The website has a little more content vs substack, for those that want a deeper dive, such as executive summaries for each producer, etc. But I'm drafting a Peabody article now which will have a summary of my notes and conclusions for Peabody (as I did w/ CONSOL and Alliance), which is/will be on substack.
All of the articles I write are published on both substack and the website. So there's overlap in the coverage. Subscribers to the website get access to substack as well, btw.
Lets be honest here, there is a distinct possibility that global warming is a problem, no one knows how the weather works. Coal is not the most optimal fuel. But it is difficult to quit.
That being said, it is a major problem for the Western world if we dismiss fossil fuels and Asia, especially China, just continues using them. Then we have an enormous competitive disadvantage. We are shooting ourselves in both feet, and maybe emissions dont go down much anyway if factories are moved to Asia.
I'm a bit confused about the content links that are behind a separate paywall. Is this different content regarding the names you cover here?

Does the reverse also hold? Do subscribers to substack get access to the website?
No, it's a more expensive subscription. I'm trying to hit all levels of the market place.
Now I'm even more confused about my subscription. rather than discuss here, is there a way to discuss privately via email or DM?
sure, dm me on Twitter
I cannot believe that you also in your news, often cite 'global warming' anti coal propaganda...

A small fraction of these news articles are from Bloomberg - I did not write them.
