China Stimulus Pushes Entire Sector Into Overbought Conditions

What a day.

When I sent out Tuesday’s article “Coal Stocks Rip - Time to Flip?” – and came to the conclusion that maybe we shouldn’t flip, but rather trim a little – I certainly didn’t think we’d see this absolute face ripper of a rally through Friday.

But here we are…will go through what I did today for paid subscribers below, but just as a word of caution to the free subs, I’m not sure this is the type of move that is worth holding over the weekend.

Options tend to get settled a couple days later, so we certainly could see a continuation - possibly through Tuesday. But with China’s Golden Week holiday coming up it’s possible if not entirely likely that coal markets could completely dry up for the remainder of the week.
