This week’s coal market rundown is pretty long, so rather than release it in separate chats, we decided to just put out a full post.

We’ll start off by taking a look through the global coking coal market, which remains under pressure as weak steel demand and oversupply continue to weigh on prices. Both the Asia-Pacific and Atlantic markets reflect fragile fundamentals, with no clear recovery in sight – at least in the near term – and futures markets reinforce that flat-to-bearish outlook.
